Recipe name: Grilled Veggies Burrito

- 2 tsp oil
- 1 onion
- 1 zucchini
- 1 bell pepper, red or green
- 1 tomato
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime
- tortilla sheets, flour or corn
- dash of chili pepper powder
- In frying pan, sauté onion, zucchini, and bell pepper in oil for 2 minutes or until tender.
- Add salt & pepper, chili powder. In a large plate, place a sheet of tortilla. Place cooked veggies, 2 slices of tomato and avocado, a squeeze of lime juice on top of the tortilla.
- Wrap it up, and garnish with a sprig of cilantro.
